Constantina Mitsingas

Founder and Managing Partner

Constantina graduated from the University of Surrey with honours in 2007 and then completed her LLM in Competition Law at Kings College London in 2008. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2009. Up until 2017 Constantina was a senior member of the advisory and competition law department of Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC.

Her main areas of expertise and practice are European and Cypriot Competition Law, including Merger Control.  

Constantina has represented clients before the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition in a number of Phase I and Phase II merger control reviews. She also advises on cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, horizontal and vertical agreements, competition compliance as well as State Aid matters. Constantina has handled a number of complex legal before the Cyprus Competition Commission and has advised companies active in a broad range of industries, including the financial sector, oil & gas, industrial, telecommunications  and transport.

In addition to her competition law experience, Constantina has experience with financial regulatory work as well as transaction expertise in the areas of corporate and commercial law.  

Constantina has contributed to the publication of Global Legal Insights to Merger Control in 2017 and the 16th edition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Merger Control in 2020.

Agni has obtained an LLB (Hons) from the University of Southampton, as well as an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University College London (UCL). Agni was admitted in the Cyprus Bar Association in year 2009.

As a senior litigator her main areas of practice are Banking Law, Insurance law, Company Law and Contract Law. She has handled a number of complex legal cases before the Cypriot Courts, representing some of the largest banking institutions of Cyprus in cases regarding debt recovery claims, enforcement of securities issued in favour of the lender, sale of mortgaged properties and has also handled applications and pursuance of interim orders. 

From 2009 - 2017, Agni was a senior member of the litigation department of Chryssafinis & Polyviou LLC.
